Meaning
Section titled “Meaning”A patient with the same family name, given name and date of birth already exists. Pass force=true to create anyway.
Remediation
Section titled “Remediation”The request conflicts with the resource’s current state (e.g. a duplicate, or an action that requires a different state). Re-fetch the resource and re-check its current fields before retrying.
